Refund and Returns Policy

At Garden City Online, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver quality gardening products including fertilizers, seeds, sprays, pots, and gardening equipment in excellent condition.

Returns
Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the order if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is defective

To request a return, please contact us with your Order ID and product pictures through WhatsApp or email.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Seeds and fertilizers after opening
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Clearance or sale items

Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within a few working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
